The School of Criminal Justice, and Newark College of Arts and Sciences is offers the B.A. in Justice Studies. This program will empower undergraduate students to explore problems of justice in multiple domains-- including not only crime, but also the social distribution of resources and opportunities, problem of human rights and human dignity and international justice that extend beyond the criminal law. The degree will prepare students for citizenship in a multicultural, global society, where justice is a core area of contested thinking. It will prepare students for advanced study in various disciplines that touch on problems and solutions of justice, socially and theoretically.
