The Master of Arts in Public Relations at Hofstra University is designed to educate students in the fast-evolving strategic communications field. The program prepares students to assume specialized public relations positions and management-level roles and responsibilities. Our 30-credit program emphasizes critical thinking and problem-solving, exceptional writing skills, and proficiency in digital platforms necessary for your success as a public relations professional. This program, which can be completed in as little as three semesters, features on-campus classes and occasional online offerings. Internships are available and numerous networking and mentoring opportunities through professional organizations play a key role in our program. Concentrations in either Reputation and Crisis Management or Marketing are options.
