A degree in Philosophy and Religion prepares students to intelligently and responsibly navigate the complexities of our ever-changing human community. Our alumni pursue a wide variety of careers and paths of impact: law, governmental consulting, intelligence analysis, counseling, education, international development, journalism, public health, psychology, business, and more.<br><br>This option is designed for students who want to concentrate in philosophy but also apply philosophical ideas to work in other departments. Part of the requirements for this concentration is a cognate of nine credit hours from a different but related discipline.
