The starting point for most students majoring in Slavic and East European Languages and Cultures is language coursework. The Slavic Track includes basic study of a Slavic language: Czech, Polish, BosnianCroatianSerbian (and Ukrainian by arrangement). Students also become familiar with the literature and culture of their chosen country in English translation.
