While cultural affinities and shared interests shaped the history of Europe and the United States, new realities call into question many assumptions about our common trajectory. The new BA program in European Languages and Cultures cultivates an appreciation for Europe's rich history and culture, while preparing students to engage Europeans in the 21st Century.
