The Spanish major combines core courses in literature, culture, and linguistics with a wide variety of electives including business, translation, and film. The B.A. program in Spanish offers students a wide array of courses in Spanish and Latin American literature, Hispanic and Latino cultural studies, and different aspects of the Spanish language. Once they complete a set of core courses, students may choose different combinations of electives depending on their academic interests.
