Drawn from an increasingly diverse mix of countries and cultural heritages, they encompass a diversity of races and ethnicities. The Spanish major offers studies at all levels in the language, literature, linguistics, film, and culture of Latin America and Spain (including Catalonia). The Spanish major will deepen your understanding of how people communicate and how language works and varies across the Spanish-speaking world, including the United States.
