Admission to the Professional School Counseling Program requires twelve (12) semester credits in psychology, including at least one course in each of the following areas: general psychology, elementary statistics, human development, and abnormal psychology. Both introduction to psychological tests and measurement and foundations of psychological investigation are strongly recommended as prerequisites. Applicants are not required to have a teacher's license. Minimum criteria for admission to the program include a 2.75 or higher undergraduate Grade Point Average (GPA).
