Submit a copy of your transcript.
Studied for a minimum of 3 years in English at an international secondary school.
Attended a US high school or secondary school in a country where English is the primary language of instruction for at least one year.
Completed all years of study in a secondary school in Swedish, Norwegian, Danish, Finnish, German, or Dutch countries and received passing grades in English.
Attended a U.S. college or university for at least one semester (non-ESL courses).
Attended at least one semester of non-ESL courses at a college or university where English is the primary language of instruction.
Submit a copy of your test result showing one of the minimum scores listed below.
IELTS: 5.5
TOEFL: PBT 450, CBT 160, IBT 60
Pearson Test of English: 45
PTE Academic: 44
High School/College Transcripts
Transcripts for all coursework completed in high school (secondary school), English language programs, and university or college. Transcripts should be translated into English by an official translator and/or translating agency.
Unofficial transcripts are sufficient for admission purposes.
Official transcripts are required for athletic eligibility, and may be submitted at a later date.
If you are under 18 years old at the time of your first semester start date, you will need to submit a high school diploma.
A high school diploma is not required for students who are 18 years old or older.

课程简介
The Addictive Disorders Counseling Program is designed to prepare students to work in the field of addictions counseling. Both a Certificate of Achievement and Associate Degree are available. The program provides students with the education and training to develop paraprofessional expertise and to qualify for employment as entry-level addictions counselors. A required fieldwork component offers students invaluable hands-on experience working at a facility dedicated to the treatment of alcohol and drug addiction.<br><br>Implement the systematic approach to screening and assessment of individuals thought to have a substance use disorder, being considered for admission to addiction-related services, or presenting in a crisis situation.<br>Use a collaborative process in which professionals and the client develop a written document that identifies important treatment goals within measurable, time-sensitive action steps toward achieving those goals with expected outcomes.<br>Employ the administrative, clinical, and evaluative activities that bring the client, treatment services, and other resources together to focus on the issues and needs identified in the treatment plan.<br>Facilitate the client's progress toward mutually determined treatment goals and objectives, including counseling methods that are sensitive to individual client characteristics and to the influence of significant others, as well as the client's cultural and social context.<br>Record the screening and intake process, assessment, treatment plan, clinical reports, clinical progress notes, discharge summaries, and other client-related data.
