As a part of the doctoral program a student must complete a master’s degree in psychology with at least a 3.20 GPA in graduate psychology courses exclusive of thesis and independent study courses, including at least a 3.00 GPA in the master’s foundation courses and an acceptable research thesis. An applicant whose native language is not English must present an IELTS score of 6.5 or alternatively, a TOEFL score of at least 80 on the TOELF ibt.
