Our goal is to provide students with a broad background in psychology, as well as to prepare students for graduate training or for entry into careers related to psychology. Industrial/Organizational (I/O) psychology is a specialty area where psychology and business meet. It is the study of how psychology can be applied in the workplace. A master's degree in this area can lead to many different and exciting careers with a variety of different job titles.
