The Facilities Maintenance curriculum is designed to provide students with knowledge and skills for successful entry into the facilities maintenance field. The program provides students with practical application of the methods, materials, and practices of the industry, with an emphasis on HVAC/R, Electrical, and Construction. In addition to textbooks, students in this program are required to provide some of their own personal protective equipment and a limited number of hand tools, for labs.
