This ChAD program, offered by the Department of Child and Adolescent Development, provides a strong foundation in child development and could be the basis for graduate study in child development and related fields. This major is designed for students interested in pursuing a career in a variety of child-related fields, such as early childhood and elementary school classrooms, community settings, andor agencies serving children, youth, and families.
