Joint degree programs are created by special agreement between programs, allowing students to fulfill a modified set of requirements. Please note that students in joint degree programs earn only one degree.This is not a dual degree. Students in dual degree programs fulfill the complete requirements for each degree, earning degrees for both programs.The joint Master’s degree in Sustainable International Development and Women’s, Gender, and Sexuality Studies has gained international recognition for its commitment to advancing the study and implementation of sustainable development methods and gender studies. Students of the Heller School learn to create, implement and monitor programs that improve communities throughout the globe. Currently, our graduates are working throughout the world to reduce poverty and inequality, improve health care, enhance the status of women, and conserve the biodiversity of fragile environments.
