The Master of Science in Nutrition Sciences degree at Baylor focuses on human nutrition, macronutrients, and micronutrients with an emphasis on application of knowledge in the medical, research, management, and public health fields. Graduates will be prepared to assess nutritional status, identify nutrition related disorders, and prescribe medical nutrition interventions appropriate for individuals and populations thus preparing them to secure professional level positions in the ever expanding fields of health care and public health.
