Graduate students whose native language is not English must submit one of the following: Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL): Score of 79 (Internet-Based); Score of 550 (Paper-based). International English Language Testing System (IELTS): Score of 6.5. The criteria for admission to the Gerontology Graduate Certificate Program include: A bachelor’s degree from a regionally accredited institution. A minimum undergraduate grade point average of 2.5 on a 4.0 scale. Application materials which must be submitted to the School of Graduate Studies include: an application; a résumé demonstrating interest and/or experience in gerontology; three (3) letters of recommendation; and transcripts from all colleges attended.
