At LSU, you will participate in hands-on learning, professional development, and faculty-led research to prepare for a health-related profession or career in business or agriculture. Dietetics - Gain a broad knowledge base and specialized skills in human nutrition, food, and food systems management. A student who completes our dietetics concentration can apply for a dietetic internship with the ultimate goal of obtaining professional credentials in dietetics.
