A student seeking admission to graduate school at NMSU must hold a minimum of a bachelor's degree or an advanced degree from a regionally accredited institution. The academic program of the completed degree should be equivalent to a comparable NMSU degree's requirements. Students must send official transcripts from their prior colleges or universities directly to the Graduate School. An international applicant whose grade-point average (or its equivalent) is greater than or equal to 3.0., from a four-year bachelor's degree or its equivalent.
