Applicants ordinarily will be expected to hold baccalaureate degrees from colleges or universities of recognized standing prior to registration as graduate students. Three-year Bologna bachelor’s degree recipients are eligible for admission. Applicants for a master’s or doctoral degree program should have achieved a 3.0 grade point index or higher for the baccalaureate degree or have other academic indices indicating superior performance.

The minimum Internet-Based Test (iBT) scores required for admission are the following: Writing 18; Speaking 18; Listening 14; Reading 19; Total 80.

IELTS - An overall band score of 6.5 is required for admission with the following minimum section requirements: Reading 6.5; Listening 6.0; Speaking 6.0; Writing 5.5.
