A completed Australian bachelor degree in landscape architecture with a grade point average (GPA) of 4.0 or higher (on QUT's 7 point scale), or

A completed recognised overseas bachelor program in landscape architecture with a grade point average (GPA) of 4.0 or higher (on QUT's 7 point scale), plus a successful portfolio and interview demonstrating core skills in landscape architecture, or

A completed recognised bachelor degree (or higher qualification) in a relevant discipline (architecture, environmental engineering, civil engineering, interior architecture, environmental science, environmental design, interior architecture, planning, urban design) with a grade point average (GPA) of 4.0 or higher (on QUT's 7 point scale), plus a successful portfolio and interview demonstrating core skills in landscape architecture.

1.5 year program

Successful completion of the DV43 Bachelor of Design (Landscape Architecture) with a grade point average (GPA) of 4.0 or higher (on QUT's 7 point scale), or

Successful completion of the DE70 Graduate Certificate of Designing Resilient Landscapes with a grade point average (GPA) of 4.0 or higher (on QUT's 7 point scale), plus a successful portfolio and interview demonstrating core skills in landscape architecture, or

A completed recognised Australian AACA accredited Masters of Architecture with a grade point average (GPA) of 4.0 or higher (on QUT's 7 point scale), plus a successful portfolio and interview demonstrating the core skills in landscape architecture.

1 year program
Successful completion of the Bachelor of Design (Honours) (Landscape Architecture) (DE42) with a grade point average (GPA) of 4.0 or higher (on QUT's 7 point scale). Portfolio requirements

Your digital portfolio will to demonstrate your capabilities in the core skills in landscape architecture:

Design thinking and development - Graphic and textual explanation of the thinking behind, and development of, at least one design or planning project from concept through to final resolution.
Design resolution at different scales- Resolved design or planning projects at two different scales: e.g. one for a laneway and one for an urban region. Resolution is communicated through plans, sections, perspectives, models or similar.
Technical design - Construction documentation, e.g. (but not limited to) grading plans, planting plans, construction detailing, design specifications.
Design communication - Demonstrated skills in two or more of the following:
hand drawing, sketching, painting, collage
model making
computer aided drawing and/or desktop publishing

IELTS Academic: 6.5 Overall with 6.0 in all other band. TOEFL iBT: 79 Overall with Listening 16, Reading 16, Writing 21, Speaking 18.
