The Building Surveying course contains many practical applications throughout the modules, allowing you to gain the required academic knowledge as well as practical experience. <br><br>All academic staff within the surveying subject group are Chartered Surveyors themselves with professional practice experience, which allows for academic and professional skills transfer to students.<br><br>This course will teach you how to diagnose building faults, undertake inspections, and apply construction technology principles when advising on preventative or remedial solutions. <br><br>You'll develop knowledge of contractual procedures, insurance requirements, data collation methods and their application and the use of maintenance information and operational building maintenance policies.<br><br>Duration: 4 years
