The University Certificate in Tertiary Preparation (UCTP) for Postgraduate Studies is designed to help you meet the English language requirements for a QUT postgraduate degree that requires an overall IELTS score of 6.5 for entry. During this one semester program, you will study one faculty unit while developing your: academic English language, lateral thinking, research skills and presentation skills. This program will move you beyond vocabulary, syntax, and grammar, to cognitive, conceptual knowledge, and formal academic language.
