The Master of Arts in Teaching English as a Second Language (TESL) program is designed for students interested in teaching English as a Second or Foreign Language (ESL/EFL) to children or adults in schools and programs in the United States or abroad. It is an interdisciplinary program that presents systematic instruction in applied/educational linguistics, second language acquisition theory, and ESL/EFL program implementation.<br>The TESL degree is internationally recognized as the terminal degree in the field of Teaching English as a Second Language.
