Bachelor of Science in Education - Special Education (Specialist in Deaf and Hard of Hearing)
课程简介
The Department of Special Education at Illinois State University is one of the largest and most respected special education programs in the country. Offering both graduate and undergraduate programs, you'll graduate with all the skills you need to be successful. Illinois State is one of only two schools in the nation with both a low vision and Ddeaf and hard hearing program, and is one of only eight schools offering an undergraduate low vision program. At Illinois State University, Specialists in Ddeaf and Hard of Hearing are prepared to teach students ages 3-21 in public, private, and residential programs, taking courses in language, literacy, speech pathology, audiology, and sign language. Ours is one of only two such programs in the state to offer this specialty. We are known for our high quality clinical experiences, for the individual attention we pay each student, and for the unique opportunities ISU offers teacher candidates in this field.
