A student applying to a doctoral program must:
have earned a master's degree or equivalent in a discipline appropriate to the specific doctoral program
have a minimum 3.0 GPA (on a scale in which an A is a 4.0) for the last 60 hours of undergraduate work (approximately the junior and senior years)
have a minimum 3.0 GPA (on a scale in which an A is a 4.0) for all graduate-level coursework
provide three letters of recommendation
provide official scores from the GRE general exam (use institution code 1319)
TOEFL internet-based (iBT): 79
TOEFL Paper-based : 550
IELTS overall band score: 6.5

课程简介
The Doctoral Program in Special Education is designed to prepare candidates for leadership positions in special education with training in teacher education, program design and management, and research and evaluation. Work leading to the Ed.D. degree includes core coursework in legal and policy issues affecting special education program administration, evaluation of special education programs, and contemporary topics in special education. A master's degree and relevant professional experience are required.
