The Undergraduate Education teaching curriculum begins with a comprehensive liberal arts education, supported by a foundation of educational history and philosophy, teaching and testing methods, and child development and psychology. The Saint Francis University Education curriculum offers unique field experience observations embedded within each Education course. Students connect theory to practice while engaging in authentic classroom experiences. As pre-service teachers near graduation, they have completed observation and teaching opportunities at various levels which will enhance their ability to secure a teaching position.
