This certificate is designed for educators seeking a concentration in pedagogy and practices, which focuses on social justice education. It is available to students admitted to the Graduate School or enrolled as students-at-large and who maintain both good academic standing in the Graduate School and maintain a 3.00 in this Certificate of Graduate Study courses. Application materials for this certificate are available through the Department of Leadership, Educational Psychology and Foundations. Although many courses are listed as secondary education courses, pre-K-8 teachers are open to participate.
