This must include at least two A levels or equivalent BTEC National qualifications, including at least 32 points in a science subject or 48 points from a dual award or two separate sciences. For example:

BBC at A Level including a relevant subject(s).
DMM in BTEC Extended Diploma.
A combination of qualifications, which may include AS Levels, EPQ and general studies.

GCSE
English Language at grade C or 4, or equivalent
Mathematics at grade C or 4, or equivalent
Two GCSEs in Science (or a double award) at grade C or 4, or equivalent
Where applicants have achieved a GCSE grade 4 or above in English literature only, we will look for further evidence of a breadth of achievement in English.

• Access - 60 credits with at least 45 at level 3 from a relevant Open College Network accredited course. Typically at least 30 level 3 credits should be in science, more than 30 credits and/or study from a variety of the three science specialisms would be an advantage. If English is not your first language, you must have an IELTS score of 7.0 with a minimum of 6.5 in all skills or equivalent.
