If so, you, or your Education Agent, will be informed and then contacted by SACE Adelaide to enrol into English Language classes and apply to study at Mercedes College. SACE Adelaide will issue an invoice and other required documents to you, independently of Mercedes College.
Mercedes College students studying English Language at SACE Adelaide will be monitored by us for academic progress and wellbeing. A student progress report will be provided to the Academic Adviser at Mercedes College every six weeks, with an end of term report submitted every 12 weeks. The course length for each student will vary subject to progress. The duration of English Language study can vary from 1-35 weeks or more.

The Middle Years Programme (MYP) provides a framework of academic challenge and life skills for students aged 11-16 years. The 5-<br>year program offers an educational approach that embraces yet transcends traditional school subjects. It naturally follows the Primary<br>Years Programme and serves as excellent preparation for the Diploma Programme and the South Australia Certificate of Education<br>(SACE).<br>The curriculum content provided within the MYP framework reflects the Australian Curriculum.<br>The MYP aims to develop in students:<br>• The disposition and capacity to be lifelong learners<br>• The capacity to adapt to a rapidly changing reality<br>• Problem solving and practical skills and intellectual rigour<br>• The capacity and self-confidence to act individually and collaboratively<br>• An awareness of global issues and the willingness to act responsibly<br>• The ability to engage in effective communication across frontiers<br>• Respect for others and an appreciation of similarities and differences
