This program is your first academic step towards a rewarding teaching career. It will also give you the skills you need to explore your prospects beyond the classroom.<br><br>Be a critical thinker, not a narrow specialist. You’ll have the opportunity to develop your understanding of teaching, learning and contemporary education issues, alongside an Arts major of your choice. <br><br>When you successfully complete the 16-month diploma from The College, you gain guaranteed entry into the second year of the Bachelor of Arts (Pathway to Teaching Primary) at Western Sydney University.<br><br>To apply, you won’t need an ATAR; all you’ll need are ambition and the determination to work hard. Once you’re here, our mission is to make sure you have the supportive learning environment and flexibility to transform your life. That includes smaller class sizes with greater access to one-on-one teaching and support. Our Extended Diplomas also cover extra introductory subjects that will prepare you for success in your tertiary studies and beyond.
