This qualification reflects the role of early childhood educators who are responsible for designing and implementing curriculum in early childhood education and care services. In doing so they work to implement an approved learning framework within the requirements of the Education and Care Services National Regulations and the National Quality Standard. They may have responsibility for supervision of volunteers or other staff. Students enjoy a supportive learning environment where care and attention is given to their individual needs. Credit for previous community services experience may apply. This program is delivered using a blended learning mode. Students attend regular on-campus sessions each month, supported by self paced online learning. Each learner has a dedicated Educator to provide support through their learning journey.
