This intensive two term programme offers successful students progression to Coventry University. You will study your Intensive Foundation programme at our state-of-the-art Centre located at the heart of the Coventry University campus. The Intensive IFP is designed to prepare international students, who have completed senior secondary education, for entry to undergraduate studies at Coventry university. All students who successfully complete the Intensive IFP are guaranteed placement on a suitable programme of undergraduate study at the host partner university. The duration of the Intensive IFP is six months. The Intensive IFP is divided into two terms (14 and 10 weeks respectively). Students undertake between 3 and 10 hours per module of contact time per week. English language delivery will necessarily vary according to the ability and needs of the student, and will be investigated on entry testing. The total contact hours may be up to 30 hours. This programme includes English and three academic subject modules. English will be integrated into the teaching of academic subjects, as well as being taught separately.
