Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university. Formal training and
experience in education is recommended, but not required.
A minimum 3.0 cumulative GPA (grade point average). Lower GPA is acceptable if last
two years of coursework (either undergraduate or non-degree) is above 3.0.
