International applicants must provide original language documents and English translations. If the documents are not provided in English, an official English translation of all transcripts/ individual semester mark sheets is required.
If admitted, the applicant will be required to submit official transcripts, diplomas/degree certificates, and test scores by the twelfth class day of the term to which the applicant is admitted.
Original or Certified Copies of All College and University Transcripts - Include mark sheets, examination results, etc. An official English translation is required. If the degree is not complete when the application is made, six semesters or three years of course work are required.
All international applicants must be in good academic standing at any school they are currently attending. All international applicants must have been in good standing in all schools they previously attended at their final matriculation.
TOEFL - The minimum TOEFL score required is 550 (paper-based version) or 79 (internet-based version).
IELTS - The minimum IELTS required score is an overall band score of 6.5 on the Academic version.

The Masters of Education in Curriculum and Instruction allows students to seek an advanced degree in a variety of concentrations. The program focuses on curricular issues as a field of inquiry and develops strengths in the areas of understanding and addressing the complex and multiple questions that influence curriculum theory, design, development, delivery, assessment and evaluation. The concentration in CSTE is designed to meet the diverse needs of educational practitioners, curriculum development specialists, assessment and evaluation specialists, and those looking to start along the pathway toward educational research and a PhD degree. In CSTE, we strive to create relationships with our students, and between our students and their communities. The capstone courses, and the trademark outcomes for our degree, include a community outreach experience where students work with a school or other educational partner to understand the community needs, and then develop an action plan to try and address those needs. Our students are given on-the-ground experience with:Working with community partnersInquiry and research into real world educational problemsOn-the-ground experience in developing and deploying a plan to address those educational problems
