Admission to the program requires the applicant to have a master's degree from an accredited university, a graduate cumulative grade point average of 3.25 or better on a 4.0 scale on the last graduate degree. 教学领导力教育专家有两个重点:许可和非许可。对许可集中感兴趣的候选人是那些希望成为学校校长的人。对“无限制集中”感兴趣的人是对其他教育领域感兴趣的人,例如高等教育管理人员,体育总监,培训师或首席教师。此外,在传统的教育机构之外,教育领导者可能会与倡导团体或非营利组织一起制定教育政策并改革教育体系,或者在商业部门找到公司培训师的职位。
The Education Specialist in Instructional Leadership has two concentrations: Licensure and Non-Licensure. Candidates interested in the Licensure concentration are those who desire to become school principals. Those interested in the Non-Licensure concentration are those who are interested in other areas of education such as higher education administrators, athletic directors, trainers, or lead teachers.
