The M.Ed. in Educational Research Methodology focuses on a balanced curriculum of both quantitative and qualitative coursework, as well as the opportunity to explore professional interests through electives. Several job titles of our M.Ed. alumni are: Research Analysts, Data Quality Managers, Vice President of Enrollment, Institutional Officer, Director of Admissions, Evaluation Specialist within a range of industries, and companies such as: Education Development Center, Maguire Associates (Higher Education Consulting), The Center for Effective Philanthropy, ETS and Wellesley Public Schools. Students also benefit from multiple opportunities to engage in hands-on research. In addition to being asked to support the active research of our faculty, Boston College is also home to a number of internationally renowned research centers.
