The Master of Education in Early Childhood Education program at Worcester State University helps you become a highly trained professional who is committed to meeting the educational and developmental needs of young children in school and child care settings. Our well-established program is designed for working adults. It offers two degree options: the professional license track, for teachers who possess their initial license in early childhood education, and the professional development (non-licensure) track, for professionals who wish to advance their career in early childhood education and care. You'll learn from accomplished professors-many of whom are active practitioners in the field-as you experience our program's balance of content and pedagogy. You'll expand your perspective and gain valuable insight through collaborations with faculty and fellow students. You also will conduct a research project on a topic in early childhood education of interest to you.
