To ensure that students are successful, it takes hundreds of staff members at all levels (i.e., entry, mid-level, and upper-level), working together to make students' experiences a positive one and to assist students in accomplishing their educational goals. College and university administrators can participate in a number of professional specialties. Today's colleges and universities are a complex, highly layered management organization with potentially thousands of clients and far reaching influence in the community.
