The MST in Adolescent General Education is a 30-credit program for candidates who would like to become middle school or high school teachers. The courses in this program are offered in the evening, and they prepare candidates to become knowledgeable to teach subject-specific content to all adolescent students, including students with disabilities and those who are culturally and linguistically diverse. Candidates will engage in a program that provides content and practices, and clinically-enhanced experiences, appropriate to inclusive classrooms. This program will lead to certification in adolescent education, grades 7-12, in a subject area.
