Examine and evaluate existing policy, analyze your current curriculum, methods, and assessment strategies, and lead your colleagues as you promote CTE at the local, state, and national levels. The knowledge and skills obtained in the Master of Science degree in Career and Technical Education will help you: gain an overview of the CTE field, including secondary, postsecondary, and adult education, investigate and reflect on historical and current issues, trends, and topics in CTE in order to develop one's personal philosophy in CTE, develop, analyze, and implement curricular and instructional components consistent with curriculum and assessment design practices and theory, employ data literacy strategies to develop supportive learning environments and to improve learning.
