On Northumbria's hands-on digital forensics course, you will be taught to locate and analyse evidence and conduct digital forensic investigations to the highest standard. Using the same software as professionals, you will work in our specialist computer forensics and security laboratories, with support from our highly experienced staff and industry experts. From day one, you will learn how to conduct investigations, undertake research to solve problems and write reports about your findings and present evidence in a court of law, all essential for a career as a digital forensics specialist. You will develop computing applications for varied discipline specific problem domains, plan and manage the development and use of computing systems and will be encouraged to work both individually and as part of a team.
