This course provides you with the skills you need to gain employment in a range of network related fields. Students will have an opportunity within this program to complete Microsoft and CISCO certification. Possible job roles include network administrator, IT administrator, IT operations administrator, network services administrator, network support coordinator, network operations analyst, network security coordinator, network e-business coordinator. Learn about the administration and installation of network switches and routers, security issues, hardware and software faults, database enabling, operating systems, configurations, network systems, networking monitoring and e-business. Included in this course are units covering CISCO Networking Academy – CISCO Systems accredited training. To complete the qualification you are required to complete all 5 core units and 11 elective units.
