Your JCU Information Technology degree brings together the knowledge and technical skills that are essential when you're ready to make a start in your professional IT career. You'll learn about Cyber-Security, Networking, Interactive Visualisation, Big Data and Data Mining, Data Science, Games Design, Interactive 2D and 3D graphics, Web Technologies, Mobile Technologies, Programming, Design Thinking and a lot more. You'll study core degree topics and you can choose from a list optional areas of specialisation (minors). Our program is available on-campus at both Townsville and Cairns and also as an external study option (or a bit of both).
