The Master of Science (M.S.) in Cybersecurity Program in the Gupta College of Business is designed to offer students a real world cybersecurity education taught by experienced industry professionals. The cybersecurity master's program dives into the critical topics facing organizations today. The topics include data protection, legal and compliance, operational and strategic cybersecurity management, penetration testing and digital forensics.The cybersecurity program provides students with an in-depth understanding of the complexities in protecting and defending infrastructures and networks that contain valuable information.The M.S. in Cybersecurity is a 30-hour program comprised of ten classes that cover a range of cybersecurity topics. For the typical working professional taking two classes per semester, the M.S. in cybersecurity program can be completed in about 1-2 years. This program can be completed 100 percent online, 100 percent on-campus or as a hybrid of online and on-campus classes. In addition, the Cybersecurity program is part of the STEM-designated degree programs that qualify international graduates for an optional practical training (OPT) extension of 24 months, for a total of 36 months.
