We offer our students rigorous academic programs and opportunities for student- and faculty-led research with a goal of employment in the exciting world of science. Our graduates excel in the fields of academia, industry and government and often pursue postgraduate education. The BPM degree option allows undergraduate students majoring in chemistry to obtain both a bachelor of science and a master of science in five years. The undergraduate degree is earned in the first four years, with the master's degree being earned in the fifth year. BPM students are charged at the regular undergraduate tuition rate for their first four years, and are offered the discounted graduate tuition rate for the 24 semester hours of graduate coursework. During M.S. degree completion, several paid teaching opportunities are available.
