At Pace, you’ll go beyond textbooks and immerse yourself in hands-on laboratory work and cutting-edge research. Our American Chemical Society-approved chemistry major is designed to help you master the skills needed for graduate school, medical school, or careers in pharmaceuticals, research, or education. Through practical lab experiences, you’ll explore diverse fields including green chemistry, biochemistry, and analytical chemistry—all while working with the latest instrumentation in our modern lab facilities.<br>Starting as early as your sophomore year, you’ll have the chance to conduct research alongside faculty members who are active in fields such as nanotechnology, environmental science, and physical chemistry. Students at our New York City campus benefit from a program that integrates computational and data-driven techniques, while Westchester students gain experience through research projects in Dyson Hall of Science.
