The Wood Center focuses on the professional development of the emerging artist in wood.<br>Working in expansive and exceptionally well-equipped studios, the students become familiar with traditional woodworking and furniture design/building processes as well as contemporary technologies and their capabilities. There is a palpable excitement in the shops as students explore wood as a primary means of personal expression.
