Successful completion of the equivalent of a 4 year Australian Bachelor of Engineering in the relevant discipline with a minimum 70% average (Australian equivalent).
OR
The equivalent of a four-year Australian Bachelor of Engineering in the relevant discipline with a minimum 65% average (Australian equivalent) and at least three year's relevant engineering work experience. A Curriculum Vitae is also required as part of your application.
IELTS (Academic) - 6.5 Overall (Minimum 6.0 in each component)
Internet Based TOEFL - 79 (Listening - 12, Reading - 13, Speaking - 18 and Writing - 21)
Paper based TOEFL - 550 (Test of Written English: 4.5)

The Master of Advanced Engineering is the key transitional stage in your career, transforming you into a global leader. Gain a depth of knowledge, mastering the crucial skills to become a leading contributor in your field. Start of expanded content This course is designed to extend your knowledge in your chosen specialisation area and advance your leadership and complex problem-solving skills in a cross cultural environment. Understand, reflect critically upon and apply methods in at least one specialist engineering area to design solutions to complex, multifaceted engineering problems. Common core units will develop crucial skills in areas such as data analysis and entrepreneurship, translating theory into engineering practice. In discipline core units you will identify, interpret and critically appraise current developments and technologies within your specialisation. Enhancement units are designed to provide breadth and are taken from either another engineering specialisation or in complementary areas such as information technology and business. The Master of Advanced Engineering could also be your stepping stone to a research degree. All of this in highly interactive, expert led classes. The Master of Advanced Engineering (Additive Manufacturing) will train you in the conceptualisation, design optimisation, manufacture and testing of additively manufactured parts made from both metals and polymers. The program will explore the commercial aspects in areas that range from medical devices, through specialist and one-off components, through to large-scale semi-continuous manufacture. You will examine the material characteristics that result in successful, qualified AM parts.
