The Pre-top up programme in Business has been designed to help international students transition into the final year of an undergraduate degree programme with De Montfort University (DMU).The programme is offered as a one term (of 10 weeks) or two term (of 20 weeks) and upon successful completion of the PTU, students will continue directly to the top-up or final year of selected undergraduate business-related programmes at De Montfort University (DMU).If you do not have the grades required for direct entry to the top-up or final year of an undergraduate degree at DMU, the PTU is the ideal route for you.The PTU will support you in your transition from learning in your home country to learning alongside UK university students. The PTU is designed to help you develop your skills in English Language and acquire advanced study skills and critical thinking skills to continue with confidence to the top-up or final year of your undergraduate degree at the university.You will start your PTU in April (two terms) or June (one term) and upon successful completion, you will continue directly to your chosen undergraduate degree at DMU in September.
