Our modern workshop facilities include specialist mechanical and thermodynamic laboratory support, a design studio with over 70 workstations, manufacturing facilities including CNC machining, rapid prototyping systems and a fully equipped test laboratory. You’ll also have the opportunity to use a wide range of software tools for design and simulation.<br>You’ll take eight taught modules that cover a broad range of activities involved in designing and validating new products and machinery. <br>You’ll choose a major personal project for the submission of a written thesis.
